Welcome to the YMCA of Pulaski County. We’re part of a nonprofit organization of over 2,700 Ys located in 10,000 communities across the United States dedicated to strengthening the communities that they serve. With a focus on developing the potential of youth, improving individual health and well-being, and giving back to and supporting communities, your participation brings about meaningful change not just within yourself, but also in your community.

Upcoming Events and Programs

The Pulaski YMCA is collecting toys for the Toys for Tots program through December 14.  Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the Y and receive a free 2-day pass.

Monday – Friday: 5:15 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM

Sunday: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Mon/Wed/Fri

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Shallow Water Aerobics Class

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Lap swimming

Tue/Thu

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Lap swimming

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Deep Water Aerobics

These sessions are free to members and

$5.00 for non-members.

We also offer a Members Only

Family Swim every Saturday

from 12:00 NOON to 1:30 PM
